| How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account" link at the top of store.adoracalcium.com.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

| How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping options and their prices. We ship via UPS and for your convenience we never add a handling charge. The rates you see are current UPS rates for shipping from our factory in Meriden, CT to your chosen destination.
We encourage you to choose a shipping method that insures you will receive your product within 2 days. Ground shipping is offered as an economical option, however, you should only select UPS Ground shipping if you are located in the following states: CT, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV
****If you select Ground shipping outside of these areas your product may melt. We will not be able to accept returns in these cases. |

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
| When will my order ship? |

Orders are shipped directly from our factory in Meriden, CT (M-R, 5:30-2:00 ET) and will typically arrive in 2-7 days depending on order date, final destination, and chosen shipping method. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday to insure uninterrupted delivery.You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
After placing your order, you may also click the "My Account" link at the top of store.adoracalcium.com to track the status of your order. |
