What are your shipping policies?
 
We ship via UPS with an ideal ship time of 2 days to insure our premium chocolate products do not melt.
IMPORTANT: You should only select UPS Ground shipping if you are located in the following states: CT, DE, IN, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV
****If you select Ground shipping outside of these areas your product may melt. We will not be able to accept returns in these cases.

We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or overseas. Please provide a street address within the contiguous US for delivery.

Customers in Hawaii or Alaska can place their order by phone by contacting customer service representative, Evelyn Roman, at 1-800-648-4058 x 134.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the orders in your cart.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered UPS Shipping options and their prices.

Orders are shipped directly from our factory in Meriden, CT (M-R, 5:30-2:00 ET) and will typically arrive in 2-7 days depending on order date, final destination, and chosen shipping method. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday to insure uninterrupted delivery.
What is the return policy?
