How do I return an item?
Online Orders We truly believe you will love our products. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-648-4058 x134 before returning product. We are unable to offer credits or returns without prior approval from Customer Service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not responsible for damaged product due to mishandling during shipping or as the result of customers opting for shipping methods that take longer than 2 days. Returns can only be made on orders that were placed online in the past 30 days.
Retail Orders If you have purchased your Adora Calcium through a retailer and you are unhappy with the product, please return the unused portion directly to the store where it was purchased. Please note: if your Adora Calcium has taken on a whitish appearance, this is likely due to improper storage. Because Adora is made from premium chocolate it can not be exposed to elevated temperatures or it will “bloom.” The product is still perfectly fine to eat, but may not have the same creamy texture as when it was first produced.
